Peggy Post, Emily Post’s great-granddaughter-in-law, is a director of The Emily Post Institute and the author of more than twelve books. Her newest book is Emily Post’s Table Manners for Kids, written with Cindy Post Senning, Ed.D.

Peggy’s books also include the 17th edition of Emily Post’s Etiquette, Emily Post’s Wedding Etiquette, and “Excuse Me, But I Was Next…” How to Handle the Top 100 Manners Dilemmas. She has also written several children’s books with Cindy Post Senning, including Emily’s Everyday Manners and The Guide to Good Manners for Kids.

Peggy writes a monthly column in Good Housekeeping. She is also a contributing editor for USA Weekend. Peggy conducts lectures and seminars for businesses, schools and community groups across the country. Born in Washington, DC, she was raised in Maryland and New Orleans and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from LSU.
